New boot spoiler, best way to fit.

If this is the same guy who wanted the subaru sound from his old Mazda 6 just give it up and buy a subaru, they're cheap as chips especially the non turbos most of which have been kitted up to look like STIs anyway saving you the bother.

Don't worry I know I won't get the Subaru sound so I stopped that idea, it's just a bog standard OEM spoiler that curves around and only the ends actually touch the boot

Unequal length headers are inefficient, even Subaru admitted that, but it was a characteristic of the engine and made them famous.... I wouldn't want that damn rumble all day long lol

because everyone wants the sound of inefficiency rumbling under them:p

I personally love the sound of mine, even with all it's inefficiency 305BHP is more than enough for me and the sound is part of the enjoyment of owning a scooby. The rumble is easily overcome by keeping it under 2k excellent for fuel consumption too lol

Sour about getting rid of two defining features of your car :p

With a turbo engine there's not really a huge difference in efficiency as you don't really get any port scavenging and originally Subaru made the decision to have a shorter run from 2 of the cylinders to the turbo hence the sound. It's only when people are going 500+ bhp it seems to ever be worth while to go equal length headers. I never once wanted mine to be equal in the 4 years i owned it, if you want a normal 4 pot drone you can get that in a million other cars :p

Why didn't you just buy a 6 with a spoiler? :p there's plenty around...

In fact if you want one with a noisy exhaust, mine has a hole in it and I'll be getting rid soon ;)
