New budget gaming PC!

My friend asked me about purchasing a fairly cheap gaming PC, nothing too amazing. He said he has £700 some of which is going for a new monitor so lets say he has £550 to buy the best gaming pc for that price.

So I wanted to ask you guys for some recommendations.

Whats the best he can get for £550? (maybe stretching to £600)

Greatly appreciate any help.

I have a question, if the above was ordered, it would have to be assembled manually though right? or would overclockers assemble it? (for a cost?)

You would have to build it yourself, there are plenty of guides on here and Youtube to help.
