New build advice, can build it myself.

The 7800x3d doesnt draw that much power, so any 360mm aio cooler will probably work tbh. Just get one with a decent warranty. becomes more of how you want it to look I think personally. I bought a a35 air cooler for mine as i waited for the new corsair and lian li aio's to come out...still running it as whisper quiet and no problem at all so can't be bothered to change it at the moment..the new arctic freezer 36 below prob best bang for buck as think launch price is £20. works better with intel cpu's but will be fine on the amd cpu also...

the gainsworth 4070super another card to look at. super does have improvements over the non super(unlike the 4070ti and 4080 super variants which are the same), and although £50 more, you do get dlss and better raytracing, which will be playable if gaming at 1440...something to consider if you're going to use it for couple year before getting a 5000 or 6000 card...at 1440, think the 12gb vram will be sufficent for next couple years

I pushed the button earlier on today, got everything that I planned to get that was on that list but did change the cooler for this one :

It should fit in the top of the pop XL ok at least it does on a video I watched.

Just need to wait for the pre-order items to arrive now and I get to building!!

So, I purchased and built this PC a few weeks back. I am just looking for some advice on some future pathways to adding to it now. If I had say £500 to spend on this setup now what would be the recommended upgrades. Do I got for another 32gig of memory to get up to 64gig? I am thinking of getting a larger M.2 drive for games and there isn't much need for that to be silly fast. I am using the all sata ports, is there a PCI card that would allow me to add more storage drives? I am going to start upgrading some of the peripherals because my eldest spilt coke on my keyboard and the space bar now sticks, what would be the way to go, something fancy that might be a bit more waterproof? need wireless headset as well, but when all that is done I`ll need to look at how I can upgrade over time on this one. new second monitor as well. its a beast of a setup and apart from some initial build issues it run absolutely flawlessly in all the games I have played on it so far, need some decent game suggestions to try it out to the max, I have just recently got Xbox games pass for PC and have been working my way through Diablo 4. Any suggestions on other games to try out? I have doom eternal and Sniper elite 5 installed but yet to try them out,

Unless you know you're using it, I wouldn't, because AMD/Intel both derate their memory controllers by a lot if you run 4 sticks.

Are the SATA drives HDD or SSD? If they're slow, I'd probably use the money for a large M.2 drive, though I'm not sure which motherboard you have (so how many spare slots there are).

Stick the £500 in the bank towards the next generation of GPU’s. You’ve built a really nice PC I don’t think £500 gives you a meaningful upgrade at this point.

If you’re set on spending it then upgrading your storage to something quicker is a good shout

You could also sell your 7900gre and get an XTX - which apparently has 30-50% more ooomph game dependant

Or upgrade your monitor / accessories

if you're going to add storage for games, you'll want an m.2 nvme ssd...direct storage will only work with those..guessing you've got 1 slot occupied, and the rest are older storage using sata...so you should have 3 more empty slots on the board, though putting 1 drive in the bottom left slot shares lanes with the gpu slot reducing it from a pcie5 to pcie4...not that it'll make any difference at the mo, a 4090 can't saturate pcie4
