A "K" CPU has an unlocked multiplier meaning overclocking is easy.

The board is still decent.

Its just not as good as the native Intel SATAIII ports found on Z68/Z77 boards.

Certainly, the motherboards are constantly getting fixes contained in newer BIOS's.

Most of the user issues in the big UD5H thread are fixed when they do an update.
