New Build advice

So i got asked by a family member to build a PC for them with the following caveats..

1) Must have 2 LED monitors (Pref 22")
2) Must be a decent Gaming Rig for the next 3yrs or so
3) I get a free Case of my choice outta this (My perk for building it, i currently have a Zalman Z9+ and i want to swap it for something bigger, cooler and quieter)
4) Needs a copy of Win7
5) Budget is £1500 for the lot.

Im pretty sure i know what to get, but i fancied some input, as i built my machine last year a few months before Xmas, and i know a lot of new stuffs come out since then (Keplar Cards, 7 Series AMD, Ivybridge, Z77 etc)

So given that info, what would you get for the £1500?

Cheers all

Yeah, one for me to replace my Zalman Z9 (im thinking possibly a Raven03, CM Stormtrooper or maybe even a NZXT Switch 810) and i quite like the look of the Corsair Carbide 500R for the build PC, its got good options and seems to have really decent reviews.

Oh and one other question, i use a Kuhler 920 in my own rig, i quite like it, but can i get better results from a newer air cooler and even lower noise output?

Can probably do some work with the fans. Not sure which one, but there should be plenty of info around. Overall, the 920 is good, about the same as top air coolers. Maybe a lick of thermal paste, like the ChillFactor III if you need some.

I'll cook up a build in a min.

So :

670 with custom cooling (my fave would be the KFA EX OC, but crazy expensive atm).
3570K
Raven RV03 (great air cooling case).
2TB storage
128 GB SSD
One 120Hz gaming panel
One IPS 'work' panel.
Powerful modular PSU (may need to check on size and the RVO3 has it's got a weird PSU cavity).

Could probably drop the fans, and try the 920 with stock fans first.

Can also go for a Fractal R3, a P280, for silent yet decent air cases.

Fractal R3 also super cheap atm, and it's a good quiet case. Something like that.
