Hi guys,
So I've got this really annoying Bluetooth issue that I'm just not sure how to solve now. I've just built this PC and it has the Gigabyte B550 Vision D motherboard which has built in Bluetooth.
The issue is that every now and then the Bluetooth keyboard completely stops responding and doesn't recover its self unless I start opening the Bluetooth settings or do a refresh for new devices in device manager.
Now I initially thought maybe it's the keyboard, i.e running out of batteries so I connected a second BT keyboard and the same happens on both keyboards at the same time.
So I then thought maybe it's the drivers so I downloaded the latest version of the Intel Bluetooth driver and installed that but that hasn't helped.
I have checked the power management tab of every device under BT in device manager and have made sure that can be put to sleep isn't ticked but this also hasn't helped.
What else can I check for why the BT seems to sporadically die?
Thanks
