New build bundle

I'm replacing my current MOBO CPU + memory for the following. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/defc...0ghz-overclocked-gaming-bundle-bu-0a2-og.html

Currently I'm using Win 7 Pro the retail version, also while it was a freebee I downloaded & used Win 10 for a while I'm waiting for that to mature before I finally utilise Win 10 for good.

My question is, will these hardware changes affect the licensing of either Win 7 or win 10

It's a retail license so should should be able to re activate on new hardware without any issues.

Oem is locked to first pc the license is activated on

It defo isn't Oem I got Win 7 Pro from Tesco without having to buy a PC
