new build changes/advice welcome

I'm looking to buy new rig and this is what I come up with. I'm a total noob when it comes to hardware so I appreciate any all all advice given on this build.

Not sure how far away new Z590 mobos are and 11xxx Intel cpu's... so pcie 4.0 etc. May not be hugely quicker and I believe 8 cores is the max rather than 10. AMD Ryzen option?
Maybe go for 3600mhz RAM if similar price? I honestly wouldn't bother with HDD's these days, bung a 1 TB m.2 in and add another one in the future if needed, you will have two m.2 slots on that mobo.
