very good, psu is slight overkill get a cheaper psu and go for a quad core for 20 quid more

also youve specced vista 32 bit and 4Gb of RAM.

You will need vista 64 to make full use of the 4Gb(it is the same price)

To properly use 4 GiB RAM you'll need a 64-bit operating system. Also, did you intend on getting just a DVD-ROM drive, rather than a DVD/CD-RW drive? For only a few quid more you can burn CDs and DVDs.

Add a tenner and get a lightscribe DVD R/RW handy for doing DVD title's rather than using a DVD Marker pen

Updated PSU, Quadcore CPU and Vista 64-bit. The DVD drive is fine as he has others to use for burning.
