also youve specced vista 32 bit and 4Gb of RAM.

You will need vista 64 to make full use of the 4Gb(it is the same price)
 
To properly use 4 GiB RAM you'll need a 64-bit operating system. Also, did you intend on getting just a DVD-ROM drive, rather than a DVD/CD-RW drive? For only a few quid more you can burn CDs and DVDs.
 
Updated PSU, Quadcore CPU and Vista 64-bit. The DVD drive is fine as he has others to use for burning.
