OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-8500 1066MHz Reaper HPC Edition Dual Channel DDR2 £146.86
Akasa AK-965 Low Noise CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775) £12.91

Western Digital Raptor X 150GB WD1500AHFD 10,000RPM SATA 16MB Cache - OEM £150.39
Plextor PX800A 18x18 DVD±RW Dual Layer ReWriter - (Black,Beige) Retail £39.94

Total : £999.81 including vat[/I]

Will all of these components be compatible? Any advice will bereatfully recieved ;)

Make sure that the 8800GTS will fit into the case, thats about the only comment I have. There are a lot of cases that are too small to fit the 8800 series cards into.

thread in cases section

There is a thread on cases in the cases section, that fit/do not fit the 8800's. I'll see if I can dig it out.

Can't find it right at the minute, will see if I can drag out an old email tommorrow morning.

I would get a different case. Akasa Eclipse 62.
Get a Q6600 instead of the E6850.
Get a better CPU heatsink.
And I wouldnt buy a Raptor.
