New Build Complete

Hi,

Thanks to all the guys at OC who helped me choose my custom build gaming PC. I built it up this morning and everything seems to be working fine.

I was just wondering is there any tests etc I should run to make sure they are all running properly and I don't get any nasty surprises in the future.

I've just finished building my system up too and I've seen a spotted a few benchmarks and stress tests like that uniengine 4 graphics benchmark, Prime95 etc.

I would be good if there was a single locked thread somewhere in the forums with a list of all the benchmarks and stress tests used by people at OcUK?

There may be a thread of that sort in the windows / software forum. Well there is. Not sure if it has specifically benchmarking stuff in there, but it contains a plethora of great programs.

I use OCCT to stress test overclocks, it show temps, voltages etc etc so is a handy bit of kit.

For overclocking the GPU I use MSI afterburner which has some nice features like an ingame GUI, ability to record gameplay as well as a basic stress test tool for the GPU
