Items purchased 13th, 18th, 19th. Still haven't received the items. Payment was taken 17th, 20th, 21st before the deliveries were ready to be sent. Exchange rate has dropped since items purchased so more was taken out of my cc than if I bought the items now and I'm no better off as parts still have not left the warehouse.
I've now been told (rang to see where my deliveries were that Terri promised me on Monday and Warren yesterday) that some of the items are not in stock even though I've been told by both Terri and Warren that the stock is there and the items were going to be shipped. That's another two days wasted.
I've also just got an email telling me that one of the orders is packaged and in the process of being shipped even though I'm after being told on the phone that one of the items is not in stock that is contained on that order.
One of the items that was ordered on the 19th is a
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-238-WD which still shows up on the website as in stock. There was nothing else on this order and yet this has not been shipped either. Nothing should be delaying this order.
The other order included vista ultimate retail x64 which showed 10 in stock when I clicked buy and now I'm told that they were never in stock even though the website displayed this to me. Also confirmed to be in stock by Terri and Warren via phone and email.
The service I have received on these orders is appalling.
