New build for £500 or upgrade?

I need to decide if to upgrade my system completely away from my E 6300 and gigabyte ds3, x1800 system or just update the CPU with a quad core and 5770 gfx or go for a new I3/I5 system but need some advice as what to go with.

It's mainly for gaming and a bit of ps work.

I Would need a mobo, CPU, gfx, memory all for the measly sum of £500 or £350 if i upgrade existing system.

I would go for something like this, you could fit a 5830 in to the budget but tbh its not worth it, id either crossfire 5770 later or go a bit over and invest in a 5850.

oh i forgot to put an aftermarket cpu cooler on the build, youve got around £45 to spend on cpu cooler or to change the memory/mobo up depending on your preference.
