New Build for £750

Hello Chaps,

Im Simon, been a member for like 2 years but never posted, just browsed and picked up lots of info here and there.

Im building a new rig for FSX and the upcoming MS Flight and X-Plane 10, here is what ive come up with so far, i already have HDD's and Optical drives so no need to add them, can anyone recommend anything else at all?

All this comes to £750 delivered (Give or take a few pence).

look at the difference between this corsair ram and that ocz.

the money saved could get you a better psu.

I never saw that ram for that price whilst putting together last night, thanks Stulid, ive also swapped the Cooler Master psu for a Corsair TX 650W

cheaper, modular, has 4 pcie connectors if you wanted a second GTX460, and its actually made by Seasonic.

that case is a mini tower - go with a full tower e.g antec 300 or coolermaster haf 912

I do like the haf 912 but its out of stock at the moment, i seem to be going with a bit of a Cooler Master theme with this build, albeit subconciously done and not on purpose lol.

Yh definately get a better case, something like a 912 as mentioned, a CM-690II or a storm scout. All good cases, all coolermaster too if it means anything

I would try and stretch to the 1gb GTX 460 aswell.

Whats your budget?

If it £750 then i would go i5 route, get a better GPU and maybe 8Gb ram. Maybe better cooler.

but 6gb should be enough

GTX460 is moren than enough for FSX, Its very CPU dependant!
