New Build for lots of VBA and DB Work

Newbie I'm afraid, please help. I am a VBA developer and need a pc to do a lot of grind but also the day to day jobs for the family as well.

Loads of speed and loads of power, needs a monitor as well but only has to be 19 inch or so. Sounds silly I like my gear to look quite sheek for the want of a better word lol. Budget is approx £600 ish, can anyone help???

But that's if your not gonna be gaming at all, as there's no graphics card so you'll be using integrated graphics.

Its been a while since I did any VB/VBA, but check that your IDE supports multiple cores before splashing out on an i7 over an i5. Are you using Visual Studio?

I'm looking to do a lot of VS2010+SQL Server work (Silverlight, WPF, Cloud stuff) and am in the process of specc'ing a machine for £500-600ish (so room for you to add a monitor with a few changes to the spec).
