It doesnt support it, i can't see an option in the settings anyway.....dvd fab does use quick sync or cuda/dxva. This is why i suggested that software and the dedicated GPU to make use of quicksync and enable the ability to rip bluray as well as dvds (with a bluray drive).
There may be better programs for converting and burning to dvd, that's not something I'm bothered about really so my knowledge is limited.

). If you want to be uber clever you can have 2 encode processes running simultaneously 
I've used dvdfab with the i5s IGP and it ripped a 2 hour movie in around 20 mins if i recall (on the fly from the dvd, 2 pass encode with quicksync). The IGP isn't great (bluray playback for example) and the 6850 is a great budget GPU capable of gaming and as you rightly pointed out can be utilised by some software in clever ways
