seems solid i would pick another 4870x2 as the only differance is the warrenty period & for the sake of 10-30more depending on brand its worth it

the only reason i chose the power colour 4870 is i have been told it runs cooler than the other brands is this true?

The only way you can replace the cooler on the X2 models is with watercooling. There aren't any air coolers that fit.

I dont think so..

And grab cheaper PSU, waste of money, 600-700 will be plenty for that.
Q9650 waste of money for gaming and pretty much for anything else.
You dont need X48 mobo for 4870x2 unless you wanna use 2 of them.

Rest looks fine, however, i would go with HIS over powercolor myself.

ive chose the x48 and 1000w psu as i a few months i will be using two 4870x2's in crossfire
