Hi everyone

just received my remaining parts to upgrade my pc and I’m not getting a signal to the monitor on startup any ideas?
Below are the spec of the parts I am using

motherboard - Tuf Gaming x570 plus
Cpu - Amd ryzen 5 5600c 6 core 3.7-4.6Ghz
Gpu - Nividia rtx 2060 storm x
Psu - Evga 650w bronze 650bq
Ram - 4 x 8gb Corsair ddr4
Monitor - Samsung 24” 60hz colour display unit
Hard drive - 1 Tb

I have read up about the post testing and there are no beeps to indicate issues and the speaker cable is plugged in.
Any help would be massively appreciated

No I haven’t how I do do that when it won’t recognise the monitor? I do have a laptop to do research but that’s it
Some motherboards come with bios flashback feature which you can update thw bios without the need for another cpu.

Your motherboard does NOT have this feature so your options are to buy or borrow a compatable cpu. Requset an upgrade kit from AMD , change the motherboard or send it to be flashed.

Could I send it back to Overclockers to get it flashed? As it just arrived from them today I know it sounds daft but I would have thought now a days motherboards would have a bios that would start up straight away and recognise a monitor guess being a noob doesn’t help me lol

You could but there will probably be a charge , you could send it back for a refund and get another board with this feature .

Not to sure bit frustrated to either spend time sending it back to then wait another two weeks for a different board sent out. And same for having to wait for them to update it.
I have just contacted a tech group to see if they would be free to come out on Saturday to sort it.

Understandable, shame you don't know anyone with a cpu.

Good luck
