The memory is actually running at 2133mhz with voltage of 1.2v
Had you set it to 3000MHz (2933MHz)?

No, installed the ram as left as is
Should I amend the memory multiplier to achieve 2933mhz and then the voltage to 1.3v?
Well, you should feel a slight performance boost - especially when gaming.Tried profile 1 for now. Restarted and that's changed it to 2933mhz and 1.35v automatically!
No worries - I thought your name looked familiar - what did you think of the Corsair Carbide Air case? Thanks again Plec; helped with the build and not the problem!!

It may resolve your issues as the 1.2V can sometimes prove a fraction too low even at 2133MHz - sometimes requiring a 0.05V bump. So setting it to 2933MHz at 1.35V may ride roughshod over the existing problem.
But if it doesn't or you start getting cold boot issues - post back.

Too early to tell conclusively - but sounds promising and gives us some other options if it does start to wobble again in the future.Seems to have done the trick, just had a bash on Doom where I was getting some issues and nothing.
Usually get it when first booting the PC up though so will try again over the next few days but ok for now and could see a boost in the performance
It's a fantastic case - i was glad you stretched your budget but was concerned you may not have been over enamoured. Pleased to read you like itCase was brilliant and well worth the money; nice and easy to work on, looks good and plenty of room for what I have and more in future
