After a bit of research this is my build.
Putting my 5870 into it until next year when new cards come out.
Have I made any bad choices? Main concern is motherboard and are SSD's worth it?
Running on 27" Monitor usually at 1920 x 1080 res.
Thanks for help.

Looks pretty solid to me. As far as the motherboard goes, do you need the Z68 chipset for it's extra features? If not, then a P67 alternative may be had for cheaper. Also, I doubt you'd need an 850W PSU for that build. You can save some cash by opting for a 500-600W unit which would be ample for your needs. If you plan on a dual-card configuration in the future or just want the extra head room then by all means go for a little more power. I think the Samsung F3 1TB have the price/performance crown for HDDs and they are the same price as the Seagate at the moment so it may be worth looking at that too. Hope this helps!

Thanks for response.

Will have a look at your suggestions, then off to the shop. I live about 10 mintutes away.
