Looking to upgrade my dated pc from 2013

I'm looking at for the moment pairing with my rx480 8gb

I've gone with more ram as I do fair amount of photoshop work and because why not!

also thinking buying wd blue 1tb nvme for games, I have already have 4 hdd's to put in case so the less sata ports used the better I figure.

what would you change and why?

get a 1tb sabrent rocket nvme that samsung is a complete rip off for 500gb.

hell for £15 more you could get a 1tb sabrent gen 4, pretty much shows how overpriced it is.

For lower CPU than in next-gen consoles already MSI B450 Tomahawk is more than enough.
Expensive mobo won't make starting level CPU any faster.

And Samsung literally brand overprices with doubled GB prices.

If idea is to get 500 GB EVO plus another 1TB M2 drive, I definitely suggest to with single 2TB NVMe.
Other than that I would personally go with B450 motherboard and save some.
