New Build, Something wrong, Plz help!

Hey
just finished a new build, everything all finished so i plug it in to my tv's hdmi and get hit with this.

Coulours just flickering all over the place

I have tried two different cpus, two different gpus and just one stick of ram in each slot, all with the same result.
Could it be my tv?
It's all brand new hardware except the psu (XFX 850W) wich was working fine when i removed it from the old pc.

Any ideas?

Can you use a different cable might be faulty?
Try VGA cable ?
Does your HDD lights flash as though its booting ?

Try something else in the HDMI slot on the TV.

Hdd light is flickering, tried three different hdmi leads in three different hdmi slots, tv doesn't have vga.

Do you have a different monitor you could plug into and have you tried the onboard GPU on the motherboard (if it has one).

I would re-seat the GPU and/or make sure the PCI slot is clean, check also power connectors to GPU is flush and that both are connected if required.

If the monitor doesn't display anything then chances are the GPU is knackered. Does the GPU have other ports you could try?

Ok, it was the tv, it allways worked with pc's before :confused:

It' working on the 32" from the bedroom for some reason.
