Would you kindly spec check this new rig setup for me?
Rig is for general use, gaming and photo/video editing. I would like to future-proof for 2-3 years minimum, ideally.
Things to note:
1. I already have the PSU, got a free unit as a warranty replacement. It's the AX860 though, not the AX860i. Not heard good things about the Corsair AX supplies though - if you think it is definitely NOT worth installing, please advise.
2. I have overspecced on RAM and gone for Z170 because I do a lot of photography, some small-run magazine work, and used to do a bit of video editing for TV. So I use the Adobe CC suite quite a bit, mostly Photoshop but also After Effects / Premiere.
3. I prefer a quiet build.
