NEW BUILD SPEC

I was planning on going for Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi Intel P35. This mobo has built in wireless network connection i.e. ‘WiFi’ right?

Oh yeh didnt notice that I was supposed to get the Samsung SH-S203BEBN 20x20 DVD±RW Dual Layer Serial ATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM. :p

So do the HD and DVD Drives come with SATA cables?

I thought OEM meant only drive.

Do you recommend Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit with my setup?

You dont get any cables with the Hard Disk Drive or DVD Drive but the Motherboard will come with all that stuff.

You wont have any problems running Vista with that setup, Hardware wise. Its the Software that you run that you may experinace problems but having said that their are very few problems with Vista nopw, theirs a few bugs and that but these are getting sorted out quite quickly.

{snip}As for the 9800s no one really knows when they are out, everyones speculating this year but they dont know for sure.
Are they really gonna call them that? I mean, after ATI's (or should say AMD's) best selling GFX

1 last thing - as you probably noticed I'm planning on getting Q6600 "Energy Efficient 95W Edition".

Do you think its worth getting over the 105W verson? (Obviously Yes I Guess) :p

Also its ETA is 16/08/07, do you rekon I would get it by the weekend? (not that you work for OC but just thought I'll ask) :p
