Well im writing this message on the new pc, thanks so much for everyones help! Incase some poor guy stumbles across the same problem and cant figure it out the solution was the ati catalyst driver disk, I had to use another graphics card to actually get through the installation of drivers but once it was installed there was no problems!
So basically i used another graphics card to get windows going, put in the disk, kept clicking next, and it was fine when it had finished. Thanks for all your help again, ill be coming back when i have a little more experience to try to help others!!
