How about this for a more rounded build.
Dropped down one notch on the CPU, up one the GPU and grabbed a more reliable PSU:

YOUR BASKET
1 x HIS Radeon R9 270X IceQ BOOST 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £149.99
1 x AMD Piledriver FX-6 Six Core 6300 Black Edition 3.50GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail £89.99
1 x SuperFlower Golden Green HX 450W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black £53.99
Total : £303.56 (includes shipping : £8.00).

Add an extra £30 if you can for a reasonably capable CPU cooler and you should be able to get a nice overclock on the 6300.

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA 6Gb/s 16MB Cache - £35.99
TeamGroup Elite 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit £32.99
OcUK Value Imp MicroATX Tower Case (500w PSU) £31.99
TP-Link 150Mbps High Gain Wireless-N USB Adapter - with Cradle £9.98

Total Cost £393.91

Budget is now only £400, i have came across these parts, the CPU has an onboard IGP, the HD 8570D, so with a HD 6670 Graphics Card aswell.

Its for gaming mainly and doing basic graphic desgin, it dosent need to run BF4 on ultra high settings or anything like that.

If you add a seperate gfx card (especially one that costs £75) you may as well get a ATX 900 chipset board and a FX4300/6300 and a GTX650 or other £70-80 card.

MSI GeForce GTX 650 Black Knight OC 1024MB £79.99
AMD Piledriver FX-4 Quad Core 4300 3.80GHz £ 79.99
MSI 970A-G46 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard £64.99

So replace the Graphics, CPU and motherboard with the above 3, is that a better idea

So this is the following specs with the above parts

MSI GeForce GTX 650 Black Knight OC 1024MB £79.99
AMD Piledriver FX-4 Quad Core 4300 3.80GHz £ 79.99
MSI 970A-G46 AMD 970A (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard £64.99
