New build will boot but no display

Well guys, I am currently typing from my new PC rather than my phone, which means it worked!

It seems that the PSU was the problem, I had my girlfriend pick me up a bargain 850W PSU yesterday and fitted that, ran straight away with no problems!

P.S. A special thank you to everyone that even mentioned BIOS, it really helped me out when it came to running the machine.
 
I would have though a cx600 would be fine for that setup, I run a 650w unit with sli gtx660s which use a good bit more power than the 200w or so that the 7970 and still have room to spare, the fans on my psu barely spin up
