New build with budget

A friend of mine wants a new PC, and has a budget of £580

I haven't quite kept up-to-date with current hardware so not sure whats best.

His max resolution is 1680x1050, and he plays games like Unreal Tournament 3, Team fortress 2 etc, but wants the power for potentially playing other games like crysis 2 etc...

Its a fresh system so everything from Case to graphics card is needed and must be around £600 (Preferably no more than)

save a few quid and get this RAM (cheaper and faster), this mobo and Id spend what youve saved on a slightly better HDD like the 500gig Samsung F3
