Also it could be your GPU is heavy and its sagging, causing improper connections to the PCI-E slot. You probably need a GPU sag bracket.

When I used mun of PSU I plugged in GPU CPU and motherboard so not cables.
I have used it with computer laying down so shouldnt be sag

Try setting pcie to 3 instead of auto then swap back to the 3070

I have decided be that and a different slot it's strange as my old GPU works in new build and new GPU works ok in old build just not all together in new build

Did you update to the beta bios if yes go back one version.

It's all working now after several days of stress it was a windows update that caused it to behave like that apparently in some cases it believe a USB keyboard is a pen drive and tries to boot that once I got in bios and disabled all boot options apart from my m2 carg it works ok so happy days
