New build wont power on some help needed

all fingers are pointing towards the motherboard then

looks like my second build has not worked out at all at least it may not be my fault

i have a friend who is willing to test my cpu/memory this afternoon so we will see then

just a quick update so if anybody is searching and comes across this thread

it does appear that my motherboard is dead my friend tested my cpu and ram and they where both working fine

its off to rma this thing

Well if it was not dead before it probably is now. The anti-static bags are conductive on the outside.. Also you never mentioned the brands of PSU and wattage they are that you tried.
