Can see 2 problems you havent attached the cables from your case like reset, hdd led power switch cable and power led cable also you need to move a memory stick so you have a gap between the first and and second memory stick or you will be running in single channel.

Make sure power cable is unplugged before making changes.

I noticed this, but I'm unsure on where the cables would go? could you point that out for me please?

Make sure that cable hanging over your cpu cooler is not touching or it will stop your cpu cooler spinning or your cpu will over heat and blow.

Page 16 of the manual shows where to plug in the front panel cables. Also you will want to connect your drives, especially HDD/SSD for your operating system.

Great advise so far, the manual is your friend, have a good read of it, it will show you which slots to put the ram in, RyZen is very finicky about ram, even now, using the wrong slots can cause problems, however, one thing I do see a lot of though and you also have to be careful of, is make extra sure before even attempting to switch on that you have the 8 pin CPU power cable plugged in at the top of the board and not one of the 8 pin PCI-e connectors attached to it.
