New build: Would appreciate some advice

Hi all,

I am wanting to put together a mATX build for use as an ESXi server.

I would like the following:

Haswell i5 4570S
Suitable motherboard
32gb RAM
mATX case that is small and plain and includes a PSU

I do not need anything else apart from the above.

Have you got a budget?

Not many mATX cases include PSU's.. Some ITX cases do though (but wont take 32GB of RAM)

How many HDD's does it need to take?

I don't have a budget in mind, just trying to see how much this could cost, but I need suggestions on the motherboard and case in particular.

If there is a good mATX case that is small and plain enough without a PSU, then what PSU would you recommend?

It would make use of a single SSD that I have.

if you won't be using GPU Seasonic G360 will be more than enough.
