Something like that is almost exactly the same and would save you 70£

The PSU is also out of stock and ive heard only fits in a few cases, so if some where down the line you changed you case for whatever reason you would need to most likly change the PSU aswell, if my facts are correct.

You convinced me to actually change my mind. I decided it is much more smarter to get the i7 920 and overclock it to 4GHz but i'm still not getting an SSD because the price of one doesn't justify it to only be used as a boot drive when HDD's are sufficient from my point of view, i also decided to throw a 27" LG monitor in the mix too.

I think it'll feel much more satisfying to get a 4Ghz overclock from a 920 too.

If you're just gaming/browsing then I see your point about the ssd - they're bound to come down in price as supply improves and more competition arrives. I'm prob upgrading to an intel ssd soon though as its my main workstation and hopefully it will make work more efficient and less painful waiting for programs to load!
