Looks good. Would just make a slight adjustment.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail £173.99
1 x Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £99.98
1 x Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX) £29.99
1 x Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM2+/AM3/LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366) £21.98
Total : £325.94 (includes shipping : FREE).

Cheaper RAM and cooler. Both still very good. (Cooler is on offer for today only). Less than half the price of the Antec Kuhler 620 and will perform almost on par with it. Fast RAM makes very little difference with Sandy Bridge, as overclocking is done via the multiplier. The Kingston is very popular here on the forums.

edit

Oh, and it's a retail CPU so comes with the stock HSF and full three year warranty.

Are you upgrading the components in the PC in your sig out of interest? What do you use your system for and where are you looking for improvements? I ask because the Q9450 is still a capable processor and it may be worth holding fire until Ivy Bridge in a couple of weeks time.

my daughters PC died mobo/CPU issues, so it was an option of replacing hers or upgrading mine :), i do a lot of video work and PC gaming.
My system is still more than fast enough and i just fitted the graphics card 2 months ago and have the first Corsair H50 but can't find a bracket to fit the socket 1155 mobo.
Is Ivy Bridge likely to be a lot more expensive because 400 quid is my max limit.
