The 2 AMD chips are FX6300 & AMD A10. The A10 has integrated graphics, which means you do not need an extra/dedicated graphics card where as you do with the FX6300. The FX6300 is a hex-core CPU which is one of their best mid-range CPU's without spending the extra on a 8-core (which you prob wont need). I'll stop there as it can get confusing. Intel however, tend to be better.

When you say you use expensive software, could you elaborate? If we had a better idea as to what you do apart from live streaming & watching films, it would be a little easier to work out what would be the best option for you.

Basically, there are multiple CPU's available depending on what you are doing and having specifics would make that task easier. We're not here to con you or give you bad advise, but to get you the best for your money and within your budget.

Also, so the fx4170 isn't advisable, if us want to look at a chip without graphics 6300 or above

And yeh my main hope is just to handle my software and be able to stream sports (tottenham) to my TV
