Gaming across two monitors is very hard, as the crosshair is right in the centre of the bezels, with bezel correction you won't even be able to see it. In which case I'd be tempted to go for a 3 monitor setup. you should easily be able to get three monitors within budget if you were originally looking at spending £300-£400 on just a couple of monitors
