New bundle - spec

I'm looking to upgrade current system with new bundle but I have a Corsair H50 watercooled unit that would be nice to use if possible, also for everything to fit in my current case (Antec 300).

Looking at this bundle

A couple of questions:
1) Will this fit into the case I have?
2) The H50 unit I have states it is compatable with LGA 775/1156 but the i5 in this bundle is a 1150 - will this still fit please?

Also I recently upgraded to EVGA 750 P2 platinum PSU so well covered on the power front.

That fits your case.

Socket 1150 is the same fitting as 1155/56 and 51. So just get new thermal paste.

But one thing,

That comes with an i7 and a stock cooler (but you have a H50) and its not overclocked along with just 8GB (that asus bundle can be specced upto 16GB).

But the CPU runs at 4Ghz and turbos to 4.4Ghz already at stock.

How about Skylake instead?

Budget as close to £300 as possible so best bang for buck would be first option?

It is to do some audio sampling and light gaming so possibly more ram would be of more use than better processor.

The board is ATX and so is the case.

The H50 will need to have all its socket 1150/1155/1156 (all the same fitment) fittings present to work with socket 1151.

And some thermal paste.
