Do you use MSN/WLM yourself? Is that a work around? Or do you need a dedicated number which is not a 0871 number?

Mate, I shouldn't have to use MSN messenger to order components. I want to ring a geographical number to spend my money. As the other guy above said, £200 or £20,000 I am not going to line your pockets even further than my purchase does with an over priced phone call.

You guys REALLY need to re think your strategy on this 0871 stuff, people are not happy paying to listen to your on hold music. I've no problem spending a lot of money with you guys, but the other distributor company that we use have a dedicated 01204 number and I'd far rather ring that.
 
Interesting idea this. I'm not sure I can see it doing all that well though TBH. I ring up the blue logo lot about any of the desktops/laptops and I get a replacement part the next-day, sometimes with a nice man to fit it too depending on what it is. Until OcUK can offer that there's no competition really.

Regarding the phone numbers, :eek: at premium rate numbers. Anyone know what 0844 338 1200 costs?

The above is why we also source a lot of our hardware from the blue logo place. They arrive next day to fix everything. Yes I could do it myself, but the support they offer is second to none believe it or not.

I had mentioned this point further up in the thread already - no business wants a RTB warranty with a week or more turn around.

You guys do nothing else wrong. I've had a bad rma experience in years gone by but hey, everyone does every now and again.

I find your despatch, your after sales support (specifically james) to be outstanding.

I like the new website and have done since the beginning. Sure, it took some getting used to but I can't even remember the old site anymore!

With this been business solutions, I can understand That RTB warranty does not work for everybody. If there are any issues with any trade order, I’m the first point of contact. Depends on when I’m contacted in the day I can get most problems resolved in 24hrs.
 
Is it possible to receive personalized offers for International companies? I would prefer to write an email then a phone call.
I'm about to order a new sistem form my company and was going for an italian retailer, but since i'm ordering the monitors from OCUK i might aswell order everything from you.

I only have a small problem with the first invoice you sent me (it's at my name instead of the company name), if we manage to resolve that then i really would like to consider a full system from you.
