This is a change from my TZ10, so I'm hoping the extra manual functions packed in will be awesome. Looking forward to the f/2 too!

EDIT: Bit pricey though. Of course i know nothing of your budget and the LX5 deal you got ect, but at the price point for the LX5, i'd be looking more towards the GF1: http://www.trustedreviews.com/Panasonic-Lumix-DMC-GF1_Digital-Camera_review

Yeah, it is pricey, but I got it for £330, and ill hopefully get about £150 for my TZ10 so thatll take the price I pay down to about £180, and it's also on a 6 months interest free deal with no fee, so s'all good

Regarding the GF1- I just wanted something more compact. I've got my 40D for when I need more oomph!
