On an Astra VXR maybe, but I don't think which wheels are powering it are important on this type of car?
Disagree. It's putting a lot of torque to the wheels in the lower gears and there will be an element of self-steering as a result, which isn't pleasant!

10k sounds mental too :/

You think £10k sounds mental for a 4 year old Audi with navigation yet you will happily argue for ever that a 12 year old Honda is worth £5k?

I'm certainly not the A4's biggest fan but at sub £10k for a 4 year old example you can do an awful lot worse. A similarly priced 3 Series would have been older and lower spec.

Yes, JDM fanboy cars are mentally priced too:p

Is 10k with 77k seriously ball park figure for these? Just seems high.

It isnt deal of the decade but it's hardly overpriced either, it's about what you'd expect to pay from a dealer for that sort of car.

Remember it was £25k+ only 4 years ago. I didnt pay an awful lot less for my 5 Series at the same age with another 50k on the clock

Personally I think its a pretty decent car for the money, despite not being something I'm a massive fan of. It's hardly an overpriced Clio!

Wow i take that as a complement from twfox :D

£24k base price, so it wouldn't surprise me if they paid close to £27k with all the extras.

From what I can see £8-9k seems the going rate for the standard 2.0 tdi SE model. This one here is a pretty similar model, age, condition and mileage but lacks the extras and that's what I paid the extra for with mine. I'm pretty happy with what I got for my money :)
