Just a couple of pictures to show what a boring new car I got as my company car.

I'd say not bad for a brand new engine. At least it's comfortable on the motorway. Got to verify if the trip computer is lying though when I next fill up.

Fuel consumption in mpg shown on a non-linear scale? What manner of genius is this?

Anyway. The trip computer on my Insight 2 over-estimates MPG by about 3-4%

I was wondering that myself, probably give you a sense of your MPGz is better than it actually is.

Saying that it is very comfortable and quiet on the motorway while power being quite reasonable. Much better place to be in for the daily commute than the Jazz hybrid I had before.

Yup, it's the 1.6. I think those alloys are horrid, the older ones look a bit better. I didn't get a choice though and the arch gap is huge.

I just don't get the use of black on the arches and centre of the front which contributes to the gap looking worse. At least on the 8th Gen the trim runs all the way round so the contrast makes a bit of sense.

I am sure I have seen a few with the front colour matched somewhere, can't find any information on the honda website though.

The ride is much better than the last gen. It's ride is much less harsh but it still corner flat.
