new card for my 3rd display

Right i gotta get a PCI (not pci-e) gfx card to enable me to use my 3rd display which is needing DVI.

I dont want to spend much and the only thing shown on this display will be normal windows, using it to code on. Might at a later date use it to show TV from my TV card but im not sure yet.

I dont want to spend much at all, £20 would do it.

Advice please

Bottom one should do fine. Shouldnt have any problems watching TV on that either.

£30, is that card too good for what i need it for?

is it not possible to get one half the price that will manage.
