New card to replace GT8500

Im looking to replace a GT8500 with something better, thats also cheap. I dont know which type are best, ATI or Nvidia, and Im not fussed which I have.

The first one looks about right, how much better will it be than my gt8500?

Difficult to find a 'proper' benchmark to compare them as the 8500 GT is quite old now, but from this I'd guess the HD 5670 would be 3-4 times faster: http://videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php

Personally for that sort of cash id be looking at a 2nd hand GTX260 which will be significantly faster than the 8500
