Hey all!

Im guess you've seen thousands of these by now! I just wanted to know which decent card to get for around £200. I game at 1680 x 1050 and currently owned an 2900XT 1GB, which is seriously overheating now (hits over 100c in games now, which it wasnt doing a few months back!) and well, just doesnt cut it in new games!

Well, over to you :)

4870 1gb i upgraded from a 3870 512mb v nice improvement

Both those cards are very similar, check the benches for the games u play the most

Comes with Company Of Heroes.

Thanks LoadsaMoney.. I just came across a GTX 260 216SP abit cheaper than the 4870 1gb and wondered if its worth it.. I know its a case of Nvidia and ATI have their own games, which they perform better, but at £20 cheaper.. is it worth it!

*edit* Seems the 4870 dropped in price again.. 260 is only £13 cheaper now, but you get a free game with the 4870! decisions decisions haha
