yes going from right to left on the top row, notice it says pw+ so check the connectors you have and that should put them the right way round.
daft question but arn't the details on the mobo itself, next to where they plug in, know they used to be.

Are you sure you got the front panel connectors right?
Are all the PSU leads plugged in?
Is the PSU plugged in and switched on with its switch on the back?
Best way to check if it's the case switch is to manually turn the motherboard on and check that the power is flowing through the system. Get a screwdriver (or something metallic with an insulating bit where your hand goes!) and short out the two power pins - that should turn on the computer. Does your motherboard have an LED that switches on when there is power to it? Mine has one to indicate that there is power to the mobo (when it's not on) and then another when it has been turned on.
So it works when you short the two power switch pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver, but not when you connect the switch and push it?
Sounds like a dead switch on your new case then!
