Interesting looking case. One of the appeals of the Fractal case though, is its use of 180mm & 140mm fans where the above has 140mm & 120mm fans. The bigger fans can move a lot of air whilst spinning slowly (and therefore quietly).

Was suggested as a alternative to the Lian-li at a lower cost.
The Fractal does look to offer the best/quietest cooling though.
I'm a bit of a case addict so have owned the FT02 and the original O11D plus my system now sits in a Torrent Compact so I think I'm pretty well versed on the pros and cons of each.
FT02 - Amazing case for it's day, by far the best option for air cooling at the time but as you say it's not really suitable for a modern build.
O11D - Lovely case but far better suited to a watercooled build than air.
Torrent - Fantastic cooling for an air cooled build, yes it looks a bit plasticky but personally I can forgive that for the quietness of my system even while gaming at 4K.

FT02 here and planning a new build with one of those modern chunks of a GPU. May wait until 50xx series of NV GPUs though.
I too was torn mainly between the Torrent, 011D and possibly the Lancool III. Maybe some others too! Probably going to go with the Torrent based on what I've learned to date and reinforced from my reading here.
I had been thinking about an AIO for the CPU but 7800X3D (personal choice from what is currently available) doesn't really need it from what I can see - so money saved with an air cooler that could do a decent job.
