Looking for something better than what I got.

* I'm not going to go full water, but maybe a corsair aio a few months down the line. I'm happy with my 212 evo.
* Great cable management
* Included Fans is a big bonus (in blue) as is built in Fan Controller but not essential.
* Removable HDD cage (I have 2 mechanical HDD's)
* £60 Ish give or take...

Gpu length is 30cm

suggestions please?

I'd say, given your budget, that the Coolermaster CM690 II or Corsair Carbide 300R would both be good shouts. I've done a bit of searching and couldn't find a case around that price range that had a fan controller. It'd probably be worthwhile investing in one or just getting PWM fans.

I assume as you're after a case with a fan controller that you want to keep noise to a minimum. You could also check out this case.

Thanks, a fan controller built in would be a happy bonus.....not really needed as I can get a Lamptron FC5 for a bargain.

I'll look into the suggestions

upped my budget to £225, but need to get case, fans, fan controller, and psu)

Im looking at either the Define r4 or the Nanoxia DS1.

they seem very close compared to each other but slightly leaning towards the DS1. also has a built-in fan controller,

any views to which is better

I've looked at it, but I'm not to sure about the optical-less drivebays, not that I use my 5.25 bays that much.
also the price...I'd prefer to spend around the 60 mark so going to 85 is a push and 95+ is getting to much.
