Sure it's not the Power Book your thinking of?

You get PowerPCs, some of the older ones are huge (especially the PowerPC one/225) and I think you can get tower variations although I never had to work with them.
 
You can get some generic OEM rubbish that copies the design yes, bad cases though usually.

You can not directly use an Apple enclosure, as it is rare they are the ATX form factor.

Get a standard ATX case such as the PC7+II or Akasa Eclipse, may not be exactly what you are looking for looks wise, but for functionality they have no drawbacks, a modified Apple or OEM enclosure will more than likely present you with some obsticles to your future upgrade plans for the case.

You want a case to last you for 3/4 systems comfortably, you need to buy quality for that.
