New case

You can definitely put 1 in the bottom at least, probably two. Three in the top, one in the rear and either 1x 200mm in the front or 2x 120/140mm in the front. I wouldn't worry too much, people do 290X xfire configs in this case with a couple of extra fans and their temps are fine, you should be more than OK too :)

You don't have to fill up all the slots you know :p

You get one 200mm intake and one rear exhaust included. I'd just get one more for the bottom intake and you should be good to go

I don't mind filling them up though tbh

I do have fans I could use from my antec one but really no idea if they're any good. They are loud.

Could you please throw me some suggestions for which fans to buy?

Hmm, I'm far from a fan expert but I've heard good things about these;

YOUR BASKET
1 x Noiseblocker NB-eLoop Fan B12-4 - 120mm (2400rpm) £13.99
1 x Aerocool DS Edition Fan - Red - 140mm £13.99
1 x Be Quiet! Shadow Wings Fan High-Speed - 120mm £12.98
1 x Alpenföhn 140mm Wing Boost 2 Plus PWM Fan - Red £9.95
1 x Alpenföhn 120mm Wing Boost 2 Plus PWM fan - Green £8.45
1 x Scythe Kaze Jyuni 1600RPM Slipstream 120mm Fan £5.99
Total : £74.95 (includes shipping : £8.00).

The Aerocool and Alpenhofn one's come in different colours

Then there's also the legendary Noctua NF series fans, the Redux fans etc

silverstone raven rv03 is currently £80 awesome case awesome value the 180mm air pens go for £15 each alone and you get 2

I cant seem to find out for sure if the Phanteks Enthoo Pro has 2 120MM fan slots in the bottom, from what I can gather it just has 1 x 200mm fan in the front, 3 x 120MM at the top and 1 x 120mm exhaust

Just trying to work out how many fans I actually need to buy

As said earlier with my H75 that frees up one of the fans so I can move the exhaust one that comes with the case to the top, think that's 4 fans I'd need to buy if the bottom does have 2 120mm slots

If you remove the bottom hard drive bay, there's one mount point there. On the left of that there is another one. However, if you have a long PSU the modular cables may obstruct this second fan mount so effectively you would have one at the bottom.

There's also mounts for 120mm fan on the side of the HDD cages - Not sure if these would be worth adding though, I was considering removing both of the HDD caeg so I get more intake from the front

Just to confirm - Front fan - taking air in, top fans - taking air out, exhaust - obvious, bottom fan - Do I want it taking air in or out

I got the case today and my system is in it now

It's an amazing case to work with so easy. The cable management almost does its self and the case looks very neat

I have most of the fans connected to the pwm hub in the case but I'm really not sure if I should be adjusting fan speeds manually

I need to get an led or something inside the case as I got the windowed version - any suggestions?

Thanks for all of the help Shivy I appreciate it

Don't mention it :)

The pwm hub you've put into the CPU fan header? It would be nice to set your own fan curve up for the fans, I wrote a short guide for speedfan which I'll link you later as I'm on my phone ATM. However if you can't be bothered, I imagine the board will do a good enough job on its own.

LEDs.. The bitfenix and nzxt ones are supposed to be good. There's also the RGB NZXT Hue which is RGB.. obviously and mounts in a 5.25 bay. If you know how to solder, you can get yourself an RGB led kit off the bay for about £15 and that comes with a cool remote where you can change brightness, make it do silly flashing etc. I'll link you to that guide too. The NZXT hue comes with a 2m strip, the bay led kit comes with 5m

I've just looked at the RGB NXZT and it looks great - Is it just a case of sticking the LED strips where you want them

Pretty much, sometimes the glue on these strips is a bit.. well bad. You might want to get some cheapy double sided tape. I imagine you stick it around then plug the 4-pin LED connector into the Hue controller in the 5.25" bay
