New Chair

My old one cost £50, and its padding lasted for about 2 years now, recently upgraded to THIS though, and couldn't recommend it enough, but it certainly ain't cheap and can't remember where the old chair came from

++ RC182, just buy it, its a bloody good decision!!!

i was just about to reply to that as well.

i had one and 4 of my friends had them and there are really really bad and the padding goes on them very quickly.

try ikea for chairs as well.

It's pretty comfy, the back is very high so your head and back are supported, unless your a midget!

It looks quite nice imo or have I just got bad taste? Lol

Price had gone up since I bought it.

Sitting in a Markus right now. Can't really complain for what it cost. If I wanted to upgrade I'd have to spend a LOT more for something like a Herman Miller.

That Markus chair looks good,how is the quality of the net in the back?Also,how's the tilt function,is it good compared to other chairs from the same price range?Is it only the back that goes backwards or the seating surface goes up as well?I'm really interested about this chair

Bought a Marcus a while back. tbh its not very comfortable, no padding on the back like the typical leather executive office chairs.

I never had a leather chair because I believe I will be sweating all over it during summer.

Im still looking at buying a chair and have found this one - Soho ' Rome ' Exec chair.

Yep it does look nice, the net feels solid to me and of decent quality. The tilt is very good imo also it tilts quite far back and seated area only tilts slightly with it which is nice for me as I don't like the seated area tilting too much.

All in all I'm very happy with it for the price.

The net back is fine as it supports your back like a hammock style, but its not slack, but only problem for me is the adjuster for the angle for the back rest sometimes sticks, and takes abit to free it so I can adjust it, but apart from that its great!
